Each year we conduct an Employee Engagement Survey to gain feedback from our team members on what we are doing well and what we can improve. This year, post-survey, the People & Capability team facilitated focus groups which contained a cross section of participants throughout the organisation. These sessions were conducted across our sites and in the Perth office. The intent of the sessions was to delve deeper into the survey results and encourage our team members to discuss their views on areas for improvement.
The focus groups provided valuable insights, leading to actionable and meaningful changes that improve overall engagement and satisfaction of our workforce. This process fosters a culture of open communication, inclusion and collaboration across the business.
