At De Grey, we value the development of our people and are committed to investing in programs that promote further learning. Our current and emerging leaders attended a two-day leadership development course at our Perth office in January 2024, facilitated through AIM WA.

The course covered pertinent topics such as; methods to manage difficult conversations, effective performance management, psychosocial safety and our obligations.
