We have adopted a Corporate Governance manual representing the system of control and accountability for the administration of corporate governance. De Grey Mining’s Board is committed to managing these policies and procedures in a manner which is directed at achieving our objectives in a proper and ethical manner.
To the extent they are applicable to De Grey, the Board has adopted the ASX Corporate Governance Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations 4th Edition.
